Ashberry sells high performance water purification products to the medical device and commercial markets. Nephros ultrafilters are used in hospitals and medical clinics for added protection in retaining bacteria (e.g., Legionella, Pseudomonas) and viruses from water, providing barriers that assist in improving infection control in showers, sinks, and ice machines. Additionally, Nephros ultrafilters are used by dialysis centers for assisting in the added removal of endotoxins and other biological contaminants.

Our technology suite supports today’s high volumes and shrinking geometries with central and point-of-use solutions. We are also offer digital water management, ensuring your water treatment system is fully optimized by using technology to drive efficiency.
Mobile Systems
When you have a short-term water need or your water treatment demand increases, we have a mobile solution and temporary equipment provides emergency and temporary water needs to keep our customer’s processes running. Ashberry has a fleet of trailers and skidded equipment available to quickly provide capacity on-demand. The wide range of unit process operations includes clarification, filtration, ultrafiltration, softening, reverse osmosis, and ion exchange.
Reverse Osmosis
Ashberry Water offers a full line of Reverse Osmosis systems; AMRO-4-LP Series Commercial Reverse Osmosis system offers a low pressure, energy saving design for light commercial water purification applications requiring an economical means for high purity water. Nominal output capacities of 3,600 – 16,200 GPD. AMRO-1L Industrial Reverse Osmosis System is a specialized, hybrid design that combines the simple operation and economical features of a traditional 4″ style machine with higher product flow rates and industrial appearance of an 8″ style machine. ‘AMRO-8H’ Series Industrial Reverse Osmosis system is designed for industrial applications requiring high purity water (98-99% salt rejection). Nominal output capacities of 36,000-432,000 GPD (25-300 GPM).
Dealkalizer
‘MATD’ Series is designed for commercial and industrial boiler-feed applications demanding a continuous dealkalized water supply. All systems are twin-alternating configurations with one tank in regeneration or stand-by at all times. Individual tank capacity ranges from 5,000 grain to 150,000 grain with continuous flow rates of 1-45 GPM. Water softener pre-treatment is required.
Deionization
Deionization is the most efficient process for removing dissolved salts and minerals from water. Mixed bed deionizers provide high quality water with a more nuetral pH and are the best systems for removal of silica and CO². Ashberry Water Services mixed bed deionizers are guaranteed to produce the highest, purest quality of water required for any specific application up to a maximum of 18 megohm/cm resistivity at 25°C. Ashberry Water offers Portable Exchange deionizers in separate- bed cation / anion tanks as well as mixed bed from .25 cu.ft. to 30 cu.ft. per vessel.
Particle Filtration
Turbidity is a measure of the cloudiness or haziness of water caused by suspended particles, and it is an important factor in determining water quality. It’s basically tiny bits of rock, soil, and other matter floating around in your water. This can be aesthetically unpleasing and it may affect the taste of drinking water, but it could also pose a health risk. The United States Geological Survey (USGS) says turbidity may cause stomach issues as it can be a breeding ground for bacteria. “Turbidity can provide food and shelter for pathogens. If not removed, turbidity can promote regrowth of pathogens in the distribution system, leading to waterborne disease outbreaks, which have caused significant cases of gastroenteritis throughout the United States and the world.” The reason turbidity creates a risk for bacterial contamination is that it gives pathogens a place to hide. In fact, high turbidity may even impact the effectiveness of water treatment solutions like ultraviolet purification systems. When you call Ashberry Water for a free water consultation, you’ll learn more about the turbidity and TDS levels in your water. Ashberry Depth Filtration uses MicroZ & Turbidex™ Medias Solves the Turbidity Problems. Granules of Zeolite-mineral have microscopic pores that capture the suspended particles and remove them from the water. Typical filtration media removes particles between 12 and 30 microns. These Zeolite minerals can filter down to as small as 3 to 5 microns, providing better quality water. If you’re using a reverse osmosis system (RO), Turbidex™ can help protect that investment and make sure the RO keeps working efficiently. That’s Turbidex™ removes the particles that can damage the RO membrane filtering your water. The minerals in hard water are tough enough on a membrane, plugging microscopic openings on the surface and beyond, Small sediment is even tougher on those membranes. Using Turbidex™ as a pre-treatment is a cost-effective way of providing preventative maintenance for most RO applications and can cut back on replacement costs associated with typical filtration systems.
Ashberry’s ‘MFG-SM’ Series Industrial Water Treatment System is the corrosion resistant alternative to the ‘MFS’ Series of media based water filtration systems. These systems are equipped with FRP resin tanks and Sch 80 PVC exterior piping and valves. All ‘MFG-SM’ systems are factory skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired for ease of installation. Pre-engineered standard designs available for twin and triple tank configurations for the following filtration technologies:
‘MZA’ Natural Zeolite Filters
An alternative, single media approach to traditional multi-media filters that achieves a finer filtration to 3-5 micron with longer service run times.
‘ACA’ Carbon Filters
Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) is designed for the reduction of chlorine, taste, odor, and dissolved organic material from municipal and industrial water supplies.
Water Softener
COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL FIBERGLASS SERIES
Commercial and industrial fiberglass water softeners are designed for corrosion resistance and long life. All fiberglass mineral tanks carry a five year warranty. FDA approved high capacity ion exchange resin is used to provide excellent efficiency with minimal salt consumption and brass multiport controls valves are used for durability. An option of 7 or 12 day clock, manual or meter initiated regeneration is available on all systems. Multiple tank systems (twin or triplex) are also offered and are capable of nonstop operation to provide a continuous supply of soft water. All brine systems are made of durable, high density, corrosion resistant polyethylene and are automatically controlled by a timer to ensure salt dosages are repeatedly accurate for each regeneration.
INDUSTRIAL STEEL SERIES
Industrial steel series water softeners are designed to provide years of trouble free service in heavy duty applications which demand high flow rates. These systems are available in a wide range of configurations to suit the individual’s application requirements.
